LADY FORTE is a medium-early, high-yield seed potato variety. The oval-long shape, smooth skin and high dry matter content (22.9%), uniform potato size are ideal for industrial use. This new generation variety is designed for the production of French fries, as these potatoes retain their excellent quality even during long storage and do not darken during frying.
